Jeremy Schmitz is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held various roles, including carpenter, manager, owner, and director. Currently, he serves as the Construction Director at Madison Wabash Partners/Mon Ami Real Estate in Chicago, IL, where he oversees all construction projects and maintenance operations for around 300 properties of different types. Jeremy is known for his unwavering drive and desire to succeed, as well as his proficiency in various construction management software and tools.

Previously, Jeremy was the owner of J&M Construction and Management in Carbondale, IL, where he managed all aspects of construction, from pre-build planning to overseeing sub- contractors. He also has extensive experience as a Project/Construction Manager and many years of hands on carpentry experience where he was trained by industry leading mentors.
