Annette joined Mon Ami Real Estate in January of 2024, as the Chief Financial Officer providing strategic leadership, and oversight of accounting, tax and finance functions.  Annette brings a wealth of experience after spending more than 30 years in the Real Estate Industry holding various progressive executive roles with national real estate companies. Annette possesses a proven track record as a strategic leader driving financial results while ensuring financial controls are in place to ensure integrity of data and assets. 

Most recently Annette spent four years as the Chief Financial Officer and was a member of the Board of Directors for NAI Hiffman and Hiffman National, one of Chicagoland’s largest privately held real estate companies.   Prior to Hiffman, Annette served in various roles including ten years as Vice President / Controller at Lincoln Property Company (currently Willow Bridge) leading the Midwest divisions’ finance and accounting functions, five years as Vice President / Controller at Green Courte Partners overseeing their fund accounting and tax work, and CBRE running their Chicago hub property management accounting team.  Annette is also very involved in philanthropy and currently serves on the Executive Board for KidsToo.org a non-profit organization focused on Child Protection.  She also sits on the Advisory Board for the Chicago Chapter of CFO Leadership Council.  Annette has her B.S. in Commerce & Accountancy from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
