Anand Sheth founded Mon Ami Real Estate seeking unique opportunities offering asymmetric risk reward. Anand and other principals have invested in each of the 350 properties purchased as of January 1st, 2024 and continue to invest in every opportunity Mon Ami pursues. Anand divides his time still overseeing Mon Ami Real Estate but also actively involved in other entrepreneurial endeavors such as our affiliate lending company Mon Ami Capital.

Anand received a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Finance from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of YPO and Vistage and sits on the board of nonprofit Arden Shore. Anand founded Mon Ami Real Estate in Chicago where it is still headquartered. While he is still very involved in the Chicago business  and civic communities and visits often, he  now lives in the Los Angeles area where he grew up with his wife, two kids, and beloved german shepherd Harrison Cooper.

Prior to Mon Ami Real Estate, he led his family’s wholesale diamond business and then launched Mon Ami Jewelry, a boutique jewelry store serving athletes, celebrities and professionals. Anand also founded Masks4Chi, a non-profit organization that donated over 100,000 reusable masks to those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic.
