As the head of property operations, Ajay leads Mon Ami’s in-house property management and sales & leasing departments. Beyond day-to-day management, Ajay leverages his business acumen to drive Mon Ami portfolio value by attracting major new tenants, negotiating favorable leases, and overseeing the strategic dispositions of assets. Prior to Mon Ami, Ajay was an Analytics Consultant with Deloitte. He received his BS in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Illinois.
